Can I make changes to my booking?

Flying privately offers flexibility, so if you wish to make any changes to your flight times, destination or passenger numbers after they have been confirmed, this is possible, however, in some cases this may incur an additional cost. Please discuss this with your travel advisor and whilst we can’t guarantee that changes can be met, we will do our best to secure the best outcome. If you wish to cancel, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible. Your notice requesting cancellation will only take effect when it is received in writing by us at our offices and will be effective from the date on which we receive it. If you wish to cancel, please call or refer to your cancellation policy stated in your contract. Please see our full terms and conditions.

Where do Candy Jets fly to and from?

Candy Jets can fly you to any destination from any destination, worldwide. Our computer system gives us access to thousands of jets and helicopters of all sizes and all locations.

Can I buy 1 seat on a jet?

Unfortunately we do not sell individual seats on our jets. However, you can charter a full jet and split the cost in your group.

Do I pay for my flight before I fly?

Yes, full payment is taken upon booking. The cancellation policy will determine what percentage of refund you will receive depending on the date that you cancel. Payment can be made by bank transfer, Credit Card, Bitcoin.

Is Candy Concierge ATOL protected?

Candy Jets work with partners who are ATOL protected. Our partners are experts in travel and concierge services, taking the hard work away from you and linking you to the best rates on the market.

What travel documents will I need when booking a private jet?

Travel documents remain the same as commercial flights. All passengers will need an up-to-date passport as well as any visa documentation requirements.

What is my baggage allow on a private jet?

This depends on the aircraft you have chosen. Your booking process will determine the best aircraft to suit your needs, including your baggage allowance. If you have any specific requirements regarding large items, such as golf equipment or skiwear, please make your travel advisor at Candy Jets aware of this when booking your flight to ensure we choose the most suitable aircraft.

What time do I need to arrive prior to departure?

This is dependent on the airport you fly from but private jets usually operate from the Fixed Base Operators (FBO’s), away from the main commercial terminals. Clients can arrive as little as 20 minutes before take-off and enjoy a relaxed schedule, sometimes being driven directly onto the runway ready for take-off.

What onboard Facilities are available?

Candy Jets will advise you on the best aircraft to suit your requirements. Most aircraft come with WiFi, washroom and refreshment facilities. However, you have the convenience to tailor the choice of aircraft to suit your specific needs.

Will there be catering onboard?

Yes, Candy Jets will endeavour to make sure you have the catering and bar of your choosing, wherever possible.
